Mr. Mechetin is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Beluga Group, Russia's leading spirits producer with over 15% market share, headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

Mr. Mechetin founded Beluga Group in 1998. It developed from a regional manufacturer of distilled spirits in the Far East of Russia into a group of companies operating seven spirits production facilities strategically located across Russia. In November 2007, Beluga was the first Russian spirits company to go public via an IPO on the Russian Stock Exchanges (MICEX:SYNG) raising $190 million
with a free float of 19%.

By 2014 Beluga Group headed by Alexander Mechetin became Russia's distilled spirits market leader with a worldwide export program and a workforce of nearly 8,000 dedicated employees.

Beluga possesses the largest distributional platform in the country. The Company`s
federal brand portfolio includes superpremium vodka Beluga, premium vodka
Veda, sub-premium vodkas Myagkov and Russian Ice, middle vodka Belenkaya, lowmiddle vodka Gosudarev Zakaz and brandies Zolotoy Reserv, Kammenyi Lev and Staraya Gvardia.

Beluga is an exclusive distributor of William Grant & Sons, a world-known premium
spirits producer, representing in Russia its whiskey brands Glenfiddich, Grant's, Clan McGregor, The Balvenie, and Tullamore Dew. The Company also distributes the products of the famous Camus French Cognac House.

Through a wholly-owned subsidiary, Penta Agrogroup OJSC, Beluga also operates in the agricultural and food business. Penta Agro produces, markets and sells crops, poultry, dairy and meat products in Russia.
